In addition to LG G Pro 2 and G2 Mini, LG will also be showcasing its new L-series III smartphones at the upcoming Mobile World Congress.
The company today unveiled LG L40, L70 and L90 smartphones, which like previously generation L-series devices are a part of different screen-size segment but mostly pack mid-range or entry-level specifications. LG has loaded Android 4.4 on all smartphones, so that’s a good thing, and the smartphones also sport a minimal design.
“In addition to inheriting the refined design aesthetic that is synonymous with LG’s premium devices, the L SeriesIII provides an array of user benefits that extend far beyond a simple upgrade. From the design to the OS to the UX, the L SeriesIII exemplifies LG’s commitment to bringing the best smartphone experience to as many consumers as possible. We’re confident that the L SeriesIII will be a strong volume driver in 3G markets,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
There is no word on the availability or pricing details at this moment, which will most probably be revealed at MWC later this month.

@ Gaurav – Pretty sure the L70 will have WVGA (800x480) display and not 800x400 . I see most of the sites are mentioning 400, but I’ve never heard of that resolution before.
Androidcentral reports 800×480 along expected lines. GSM Arena and Phonearena both cite AC as their source, but also say 400 so I don’t know what’s going on there.
