HP Slate 6 and 7 VoiceTabsAs teased last month, HP has announced the launch of the new Slate 6 VoiceTab and Slate 7 VoiceTab in the country today.

Powered by quad-core processor, the HP phablets come with Android 4.2.2, HD display, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The tablets also pack dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity.

HP has priced Slate 6 VoiceTab at INR 22,990 and it will go on sale beginning today. You can grab the tablet from company’s online store or other retailers. The Slate 7 VoiceTab will retail for INR 16,990, when it goes on sale next week. It is surprising how the smaller version has been priced more although it packs same/ inferior specifications.

  1. At first , I thought it was a mistake in the article then I realized that they actually priced the smaller version higher and the bigger version lower!! Confusing!?!?! Why!!

    1. It uses a GPU from Vivante. Not sure about FM Radio, so have removed it from the specs list. I had seen it somewhere but now I am unable to find it.
Also, the full dimensions haven’t been shared by HP.
