Continuing its trend of launching multiple variants of the same device, Samsung has introduced the new Samsung Galaxy S III Neo+ in the Chinese market. Packing dual-SIM support, it is basically the normal Galaxy S3 with pre-loaded Android 4.3.
Other specifications are same as S3, which include 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 8MP camera, front camera, microSD card slot and 2100mAh battery. Although not listed on Samsung China website, the phone will most probably include 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and 1.9MP front camera.
There is no word on the availability or pricing but the phone is expected to go on sale soon with a price-tag around 2,500 yuan.
Galaxy Note 3 KitKat update live in several Asian, European countries
Along with the KitKat update release in India, Samsung has also started rolling out Android 4.4.2 update for Note 3 Exynos and Snapdragon variants in various Asian and European markets.
The update is now live in Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, Hungary and South Korea (KT and SKT versions).
In more Galaxy Note 3 related news, Samsung has launched an Olympic Games edition of Note 3 smartphone in Netherlands to celebrate the Winter Olympics 2014. Powered by Snapdragon 800, the smartphone is currently on sale via telecom operator KPN for free with contract.
