Samsung launches Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) 3G in India for INR 49,990

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014Samsung today announced the launch of its Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) in the Indian market at a press event in Mumbai. The tablet, which was originally unveiled back in September, will be available for INR 49,990 beginning this weekend..

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a 10.1-inch 2560x1600p Super Clear LCD, 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The tablet also comes with Android 4.3, 3G support, 8220 mAh battery, microSD card slot and host of software tweaks. In addition, the tablet packs S-Pen stylus.

“The new GALAXY Note 10.1 is the most progressive 10-inch tablet, delivering the best viewing and multitasking experiences. It is the most recent demonstration of Samsung Mobile’s focus on constant product innovation to stay aligned with shifting consumer interests,” the company said in a statement.

Promotional offer: According to Samsung, Note 10.1 (2014) will come with special “Content Gifts” via Samsung app store in the country including a free six months subscription to digital versions of 30 leading Indian magazines.


  1. Only 50 grands? That’s way too cheap for me. I won’t even dignify this product by buying it unless they increase the price to at least a lakh. Learn something from HTC, dammit!

  2. The last year’s note has not been updated even now.Android tablets are waste.Except nexus no tablets are being updated. People are losing interest in android because of this.


  3. 50k. Are they kidding? They forget about their devices within a few months. For this kind of money, I’ll place my bets on iPad. At least I’m guaranteed timely updates and lag-free operation
