NVIDIA might not have said a thing about HP in its Wednesday’s Tegra Note announcement but HP just revealed that it will be selling re-branded Tegra Note as HP Slate 7 Extreme. The company has not shared the final pricing of the tablet but we don’t think it will far from the $199 price-tag noted by NVIDIA yesterday.
Sporting the same specs as Tegra Note, HP Slate 7 Extreme packs a 7-inch 1280x800p display, Tegra 4 quad-core SoC, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 16GB of storage and microSD card slot. The tablet also packs a stylus, 4100 mAh battery, Wi-Fi support, Micro-HDMI out.
According to HP, Slate 7 Extreme also packs NVIDIA PureAudio technology, which provides true surround sound through front-facing speakers and a dedicated bass-reflex port speaker.
There is no word on availability right now but the tablet is expected to go on sale next month.

What’s up with(obsession) on-screen keys and thick bezels??. Sheesh
Onscreen keys are a good thing specially for the tablets, thick bezels however is a down point.
