Micromax has released another entry-level Android smartphone ‘A34’ in the Indian market recently. The phone is currently on sale via e-retailer Flipkart for INR 4,399.
As you can anticipate from the pricing, the specifications of the smartphone are modest. It comes with a 3.95-inch HVGA display, 1GHz processor and Android 2.3.5. Micromax A34 also packs 2MP rear camera, dual-SIM support and 256MB of RAM.
In addition, the phone features 165MB of usable internal storage (total: 512MB), microSD card slot and 1,350 mAh battery.
There is hardly anything exciting about the phone and it will have hard time finding consumers. The sub-INR 5,000 smartphone market has been seeing a lot of action in the recent few weeks and almost every home-grown mobile maker has launched some or the other device in this category.

Why do they even keep releasing these kind of phones?
