Twitter has released a minor update for its official app on Android today. The update brings back the menu button, which was removed previously and users had to go to me tab and then choose settings or other accounts. This had become an un-necessary waste of time. We are glad that Twitter has realised the mistake and re-included menu button in the app.
The updated now also includes support of newly added trends locations, which were recently rolled-out for the web users.
Here is the full change-log of Twitter v4.0.2:
- See what’s happening near you or around the world by viewing Trends in hundreds of locations.
- Get quick access to account switching and settings via the menu button.
- Enjoy a smoother experience thanks to bug fixes and other improvements.
The app can be downloaded from Google Play or if you already have it, go to Play Store on your device and update it.
