HTC hasn’t really launched any mid-range smartphones for the international audience so far this year. There have some launches but they were exclusive to markets like Taiwan and China. So everyone, who can’t afford HTC One, is waiting for a more affordable offering from HTC. This is where HTC M4 comes in.
According to evleaks, HTC M4 will be released in the markets around the end of Q2, 2013. As you can see in the press render, the phone looks almost identical to HTC One. There are some clear differentiations (like the micro-drilled speaker holes design), but still it is hard to distinguish between M4 and HTC One in first glance.
There is no word on the material being used in making HTC M4, but if is aluminium, it is going to be an instant winner.
The phone is expected to come with a dual-core processor (probably Snapdragon 400), 4.3-inch 720p HD display and 2GB of RAM. The internal storage will be 16GB and HTC is included the Ultrapixel camera tech in M4 too. Among other specs, HTC M4 will have a 1700 mAh battery and Android 4.2 on-board.
So, who wants HTC M4 now?
