Intex has announced the launch of Aqua Wonder Quadcore today. The smartphone was recently spotted on Flipkart. According to a press release issued by the company, Aqua Wonder Quadcore has been priced at INR 9,990 and it will be available at all major retail stores in the country.
A successor to the company’s previously launched Aqua Wonder, the phone keeps the same design, but features beefed up specifications.
Intex Aqua Wonder Quadcore runs on Android 4.1.2. It is powered by Quad-core MediaTek processor. In addition, the phone features 4.5-inch qHD display. Other specifications of the phone include 8MP rear camera and 512MB RAM. You can check out the full set of specifications later in the post.

In related news, two more Intex Android phones have been spotted on company’s official website. Dubbed as Aqua Glow and Aqua Active, these phones haven’t been announced officially till now.
Running on outdated Android 2.3, both phones are powered by 1 GHz Spreadtrum SC6820 processor. Although, there is no word on the pricing, the specification pretty much give it away that these will be priced around INR 5,000 and belong to entry-level segment. Other features of the phones include 256MB RAM, microSD card slot, and dual-SIM connectivity.
Intex Aqua Glow packs a 4-inch HVGA display, however Aqua Active will come with 3.5-inch HVGA display.
