LG Optimus L7 II DualAfter getting spotted on the LG website and bunch of online retailers, LG’s Optimus L3 II Dual and Optimus L7 II Dual have finally been launched by the company in India. The company has set INR 8,890 as the MRP for L3 II dual and INR 18,650 for L7 II dual. Both the phones are however being sold at comparable cheaper prices by online retailers – INR 7,899 (L3 II dual) and INR 14,990 (L7 II dual).

According to a press release issued by LG India, the smartphones are now available at all major retail stores in the country.

To remind you, LG Optimus L3 II dual features a 3.2-inch QVGA display. The phone is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Cortex A5 processor. Other features of the phone include 512MB RAM, 3.2MP rear camera and 1540 mAh battery. L3 II dual runs on Android 4.1.2.

On the other hand, LG Optimus L7 II dual is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor. It also runs on Android 4.1.2. The smartphone packs 4.3-inch WVGA display. In addition, the phone comes with 8MP rear camera, 768MB RAM, and 2460 mAh battery.

 

“The smartphone market is growing at an incredible pace, and the global mobile subscribers is predicted to touch 3.9 billion in 2017. India is catching up fast to this smartphone race and, according to Gartner, mobile device sales in India are forecast to reach 251 million units in 2013, an increase of 13.5 percent over 2012 sales. With the launch of LG Optimus L7 II Dual and L3 II Dual, LG plans to reap the benefits of the intense smartphone demand in India, as well as to build on its heritage of technological innovation,” said Amit Gujral, Head Marketing, LG Mobiles, in a statement.
