Samsung’s Galaxy S 4 smartphone is now available for pre-order on UK retailer Expansys with a hefty price-tag of GBP 589 (INR 48,600 approx.). This pricing is way more than other flagship models like HTC One (GBP 519) and Sony Xperia Z (GBP 529).
There is no word on when the retailer will start shipping the model, but we can expect to see it around late-April, the time-line noted by Samsung in the announcement press release and also recently noted in a Bloomberg report. Samsung had revealed that it will begin shipping Galaxy S 4 in select countries including UK, US and Germany at the end of April, with other markets getting it in early-May.
The Samsung Galaxy S 4 UK variant has been reported to be featuring quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9GHz and the same is noted in the product listing on Expansys.
To remind you, other Galaxy S 4 features include Android 4.2.2, 2GB RAM, 13MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 2600 mAh battery and 5-inch Super AMOLED HD display.

I’m surprised by the high price in the UK. Rest of europe will be “cheaper”….
