amazon-kindle-fire-hd-1Amazon has started rolling-out new software updates for its second-gen Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HD 8.9 tablets.  The updates will be automatically delivered to your Amazon tablet; however you can also manually trigger the update by swiping down from the top of the screen, and then tapping Sync.

You can also manually download the update from Amazon’s website and apply it following the instructions given on the website.
