Google has announced on Twitter that Nexus 7 dock is now available via Google Play in multiple countries. The dock, which was selling until now via third-party retailers can now be purchased for $30 in Google Play US.

Other countries where Nexus 7 dock can be bought from Google Play include Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan and UK. The pricing will different for each country and can be confirmed by going to Google Play. Consumers can only order two docks per person.

The Nexus 7 dock has been one of the most elusive accessories and took months before appearing in the retail market and even more months to get to the Google Play. We hope that it not the case when Google announces the successor to Nexus 7 at I/O 2013.
