After a set of leaked images recently, Sony Xperia SP aka Huashan is back in front of the camera. This time, it has been joined by Xperia V in a photo shoot. Set to be announced at Mobile World Congress later this month, Xperia SP will be joining Sony’s high-end line-up in Android portfolio.

Considering the images, the display size on Sony Xperia SL C530x seems to be 4.5-inch, but it is still confirmed. Other specifications of the phone are expected to include 1.7 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, Android 4.1.2, 720p display, and 1GB RAM.

The source of these images also adds that there is a microSD card slot, which can be accessed by removing the batter cover. Battery however is not user-replaceable.

Sony is also expected to showcase Xperia L smartphone at MWC along with SP. Previous reports indicate that Xperia L will come with a FWVGA display, 1GHz dual-core processor, Adreno 305 GPU and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

  1. We haven’t seen the light of day in India as far as Xperia V is concerned .. now we have already moved onto SP. So am guessing the highly under-rated Xperia V gets to kill itself to promote SP. Sony – bad boy *spank* killing it’s own before they are even launched for sale in India! Release “V” – it’s a damn good phone.
