Content for Kindle tablets

As being a closed ecosystem, Kindle tablet users have to rely on Amazon for most of the content, also the tablet has been made as the platform of Amazon content consumption only.

So, what content is Amazon offering in Japan:

  • The new Japanese Kindle Store, which will launch on October 25, will offer customers the largest selection of digital best sellers in Japan, a total of over 50,000 Japanese-language Kindle books including over 10,000 free Japanese titles.

No video or TV content offering seems to be present right now for Japanese consumers.
