If the product listing on Infibeam is to be believed Motorola is preparing to launch the RAZR Maxx in the Indian market very soon. The smartphone is expected to be priced at INR 31,999 and will start shipping on June 24.

RAZR Maxx sports a huge 3,300 mAh battery, which is the most of any smartphone currently available in the country. The rest of the specs are same as the Motorola RAZR, which comes with 1GB of RAM, 1.2GHz dual core processor, 8MP camera, 4.3 inch qHD display and Android 2.3.

Company has promised an update to Android 4.0, which should land in the coming months. The same update will be valid for both RAZR and RAZR Maxx, so Maxx buyers will not have to wait any longer.

With the huge battery on-board, company is promising over 17 hours of talk time and over 600 hours of standby time.
