Toshiba US has announced via its official Twitter account that Thrive will be getting the Android 4.0 update. This update will be released for both 7 and 10 inch models by the end of spring.
There are other details available right now, but this update should roll-out OTA and would include the usual ICS goodness like UI updates, performance enhancements and more.
