Samsung has announced that Galaxy S II has surpassed the 20 million sales milestone and it took 7 months less than the predecessor OG Galaxy S. Now, the total sales of Galaxy S and Galaxy S II are over 40 million units.
Both the smartphones have been biggest contributors to company’s success in the recent times and the main reason behind Samsung’s top spot in Android manufacturers.

- 5 Million Sales – 85 Days
- 10 Million Sales – 5 Months
- 20 Million Sales – Almost 10 months.
