Motorola has confirmed that recently announced Motoluxe will be available in UK by the end of this month. Company issued press release does not mention price, but according to listing on online retailers, it will be priced at £258.00 (incl VAT).
Motoluxe features Android 2.3 with Motoswitch UI, 4 inch display, 8MP rear camera, front camera, 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM and 1400 mAh battery.

I saw phonearena’s hands on video of it and it lagged even in switching between homescreens ! I wonder how will browser and media player will perform. Also 1400 mAh battery doesn’t seem good enough.
