HTC’s upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone Ville appeared in its first video today. It is expected to be announced at Mobile World Congress and will come with HTC’s brand new Sense 4.0 interface.

According to the information in this video, HTC Ville will feature 1.5GHz dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 4.3 inch qHD display, 8MP rear camera, VGA front camera, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and Android 4.0.

HTC, which just came out of a bad quarter, will be expecting a lot from Ville along other MWC launches. At first glance, Sense 4.0 looks nice with some cool animation but after-all it would be the usability of device that will matter.
