HTC seems to have a mid-range ICS phone up its sleeve for Mobile World Congress outing apart from the rumored quad core phones. Dubbed as HTC Primo, it will run Android 4.0 out of the box.

According to Stuff.tv, Primo will also come with HTC Sense 4.0, but we believe it will be Sense 3.6, which was recently leaked part of a Sensation ICS build. Other features will include a 1GHz dual core Qualcomm processor, 3.7 inch Super AMOLED display, 512MB RAM, 5MP rear camera, and Beats Audio integration.

If priced correctly, it would be a great contender in mid-range budget segment.
