Sony has announced that its Android powered PMP Walkman Z Series will reach US and European countries in late-February. There is no word on the availability in Asian countries apart from Japan, where it is already available since last year.

Sony Walkman Z Series features Android 2.3, 4.3 inch display, 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, WiFi, Bluetooth, and support of scores of Audio and Video codecs.  It also comes with 5 Clear Audio Technologies –S-Master MX, Clear Bass, Clear Stereo, DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine), and EX headphones.

You can also download Apps via Android Market or listen to millions of songs from Music Unlimited, the cloud-based streaming service from Sony Entertainment Network.

Sony is going to sell it in three memory versions – 8GB/16GB/32GB and they will be priced at $249, $279, and $329 respectively
