Motorola has officially launched two new affordable Android smartphones MOTOLUXE and DEFY MINI today. These smartphones will be coming to Greater China, Europe and Latin America this spring.

Running on Android 2.3, these smartphones will feature Motoswitch UI and cater to the mass market Android consumers.

Mototola Motoluxe:

  • 4-inch edge-to-edge touchscreen display
  • 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash
  • Front-facing VGA camera for video chatting with friends and family
  • Available in licorice or white colors
  • 800MHz processor
  • 512MB RAM
  • 1400 mAh battery

Motorola Defy Mini:

  • Water-resistant, dust-proof
  • Scratch resistant Gorilla Glass display
  • 600MHz processor
  • 512MB RAM
  • 3.2-inch touchscreen
  • 3MP rear camera with LED flash
  • Front-facing VGA camera
  • 1650 mAh battery

Availability:

Motoluxe is already available in China as Motorola XT615 and will reach Greater China, Europe and Latin America in February. Motorola Defy Mini is going to China as Motorola XT320 followed by Europe and Latin America in February.

      Why do u think every post on AndroidOS.in needs to have a source, news like Motorola Motoluxe, Defy Mini launch come via Press Releases and are sent to everyone, so there is no source and then there are news stories that we pursue ourselves, some are tipped by our readers, so no.. there isn’t always a source.

      If a blog is running only by taking content from here and there and has no original content, then there is no reason for that blog to exist and AndroidOS.in is not one such blog. AndroidOS.in is not a compilation, but yes there are stories taken from our blogs/news sites and they are always credited.

    BTW what type of processor it is omap or Qualcomm???
    atleast a omap processor clocked @800mhz is enough for daily tasks, i think the 600mhz in defy mini is MSM7227 T one, dats cheap..
