Sony has reduced the price of Tablet S in the United States today. This price-cut follows the recent limited time $50 relaxation in the Tablet S price on December 15. Now, US users will be able to buy the 16GB Wi-Fi only edition of Sony’s Honeycomb tablet for $399.99, while the 32GB version will be sold for $499.99.

Sony has already promised the ICS update for this wedge-shaped slate, and would be arriving anytime around March. To remind you, Tablet S comes with Android 3.2.1, 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear camera, front camera, Bluetooth, Infrared and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Tablet S users also get access to Sony’s Music Unlimited, Video Unlimited services along with select PS games.
