
HCL has announced its fourth Me seriesAndroid tablet in the Indian market today at a press event in New Delhi. Priced at just INR 10,490, HCL ME X will go on sale starting today.
HCL ME X features 7-inch 800×480 capacitive display, Android 2.3, 1GHz processor, 2MP front camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage with microSD support, HDMI out, 3500 mAh battery and WiFi. It will support 3G access via USB dongles, so you don’t have to worry about WiFi connectivity everywhere.
HCL has preloaded quite a few apps like Think Free Office, Cleartrip, 99acres on the device to give users out of box usability. You will also have access to ME App Store and Me Connect (to easily transfer content from PC to the tablet).

Will it have the Android Market?
Wow ! Price is very attractive, hopefully product would also be.
Price Is Catchy……And Useful Features are also their which are missing in other Tablets …under this Price range…………..and i Wanted to confirm One thing that it supports 3g via Usb Dongle…that Means
1) It Supports PenDrive or not?
2) If it Supports 3g Via usb then it Doesn’t Have Sim Slot in it….and that Means Its Not a Phone den?

Only one question is it upgradable to future androis OS upcoming upgrades like Honeycomb,Ice cream etc… ?
