Rockstar Games has announced that it will be releasing an Android version of its popular game Grand Theft Auto III this fall as a part of its tenth anniversary celebrations. This release will support the following smartphones and tablets.
Phones: Motorola Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2
Tablets: Acer Iconia Tab A500, Asus Eee Pad Transformer, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

No i dont think so. The galaxy s2 has a 1.2 ghz exynos cpu, not tegra 2. Maybe it needs dual core
i think It will also run on galaxy s (i9000) & galaxy sl (i9003) but with a lower performance becoz many of galaxy s2 games run on galaxy s….
