A new firmware update build I777UCKJ1 for AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S II has been leaked. It is based on Android 2.3.5 and fixes Home button lag and lock-screen bug and you will find the new over-scroll glow.
However this build seems to be breaking the Home button haptic feedback, but considering that it is a leaked build one can expect such issues. If want to go for this update, grab the down from the source.
