@sanjay in the mobiles you listed, you can go for Galaxy Fit or Optimus One
But in 12k you can also get HTC wildfire with best UI HTC sense.

On paper SII seems stronger coz of the large memory
Does a phone require that much?
Galaxy I had a lot of issues with freezing screens etc.
HTC the user interface is smoother (so I am told)
