On the lines of Rom Manager, Team Win from XDA is getting ready to launch a Kernel Manager to help Android users.  Developers will be able to submit their kernel and user will be able to directly download these kernels on their Android devices and able to flash them.

A free ad support version of Kernel Manager will be soon available in Android Market along with a paid ad-free version.
