Were you disappointed after Samsung Galaxy S stocks dried up from retail stores around India? Well we have good news for you. According to a listing on Flipkart as well as confirmation from the team, Samsung Galaxy S is re-entering the Indian market.

The specifications will remain the same, 1 Ghz processor, 4 inch Super AMOLED display, 5 MP camera with VGA front cam, and the standard 1500 mAh battery. The Android version listed is Android 2.1, but we suppose the Samsung will ship it with Android 2.2 on-board, anyways the update is already available.

However, Samsung has already released a cheaper version of Galaxy S in the form of Galaxy SL, which is retailing for a much lower price of INR 19450.  So, is there anybody looking to get this beauty before the stocks run out again?

Update: The price for Samsung Galaxy S will only be INR 24,999 and it will come with Android 2.2 pre-installed.

Thanks, Karan
