After several leaks and previews, Sony Ericsson finally released Xperia Neo smartphone at Mobile World Congress. Featuring the similar specifications as Xperia Pro, Xperia Neo comes with a 3.7 inch capacitive display with 854 x 480 resolution, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread and “Reality Display” with Sony Mobile Bravia Engine.

Other specifications include 8 MP Camera with HD video capture using Exmor R imaging sensor, HDMI out. Sony Ericsson Xperia™ neo will be available globally in selected markets from end Q1.
