T-Mobile’s chief marketing officer Cole Brodman today confirmed that Samsung Vibrant will start receiving Android 2.2 update on Friday. As the update will be rolled out in stages, so not everyone will get it on the first day itself, reported PC Mag.
According to him the delay was due to the integration of T-Mobile things in the update such as Wi-Fi calling, and carrier will try to push Android updates within 3-4 months of version launch from Google’s end.
