Samsung has finally released the FroYo update for Samsung Captivate on Rogers Canada. As Samsung Vibrant and Fascinate, two other Galaxy S devices have already received the update, Captivate users were surely getting anxious day by day.
Update is available via Samsung Kies. Be sure to download Kies latest version 2, which will give you less problems in updating.

Kies 2.0 has no support for the captivate at the moment. Stuck with 2.1 till can get the older kies working or samsung adds captivate to supported list on 2.0
