In the latest change to their updates schedule, Motorola today posted that Quench XT3 will remain on Android 1.6 [In fact, it comes pre-loaded with Android 2.1 in India, so I think Motorola meant “2.1”] , while Quench XT5 which was launched recently will also not receive any updates and will stick to current Android 2.1.
This is the big disappointment for all the Quench XT3 and Xt5 users, who will have to stick to the obsolete versions of Android.
