This Android 2.1 smartphone from Toshiba was launched today by NTT Docomo in Japan. It comes with a 4-inch full-wide screen, Mobile wallet, infrared communication and one-seg TV powered by Mobile REGZA Engine 3.0. It will be updated to Android 2.2 in spring 2011.
