Dell has launched their free Backup and Restore application in Android Market. Dell Streak users are supposed to use this application to backup their data before updating to Android 2.2.

Dell Backup and Restore has been developed in collaboration with Nero.  Now, we have everything expect the update itself, we are expecting the update launch this week.

    if use this app and backup all my data including the apps from unknown sources will it cause any instability or anything?
