After a series of spy shots and leaks, Acer has made Liquid Metal Android smartphone official. It features 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor, 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash and 720p HD video recording, along with 3.6-inch display, Dolby Surround sound support, Froyo 2.2 and DLNA/UPnP media streaming.
Acer has also added its own Breeze UI and SocialJogger social network aggregator in the Liquid Metal smartphone.
Availability and Pricing:
Acer Liquid Metal will be available in silver and brown, and will be priced at £299 ($475) in the UK. There is no fixed availability date but Acer Liquid Metal brown will be available first from mid November with the silver version arriving in early December.
