iBall launches Slide 7334i 3G tablet in India for INR 10,499

Indian computer peripherals maker iBall has announced the launch of a new Android tablet in its Slide-series. Dubbed as Slide 7334i 3G, the tablet has been priced at INR 10,499 and is now available in the market.iBall Slide 7334i 3G

iBall Slide 7334i 3G features a 7-inch display with 1024x600p resolution, dual-SIM support, Android 4.1 and 3,000 mAh battery. The tablet also comes with 3G support (in both SIM slots), 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera and 1GHz dual-core processor. Continue reading

Next-gen Nexus 7 image appears online, Snapdragon 600 listed

Second-generation Nexus 7 tablet, which was just confirmed to be Asus K009 couple of days ago, has now appeared in its first photograph, although a tiny one. A Bluetooth SIG listing, where the tablet was spotted, also reveals the presence of Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor.  Nexus 7 II at Bluetooth SIG

Next-gen Nexus 7 tablet passes FCC, carries model number K009

We might not have to wait for Nexus 7 II for long, as this elusive tablet recently passed the FCC certification, which suggests that the official launch might not be very far. FCC certification has also revealed several new details about the tablet.

The Nexus branding in the FCC document above removes any doubt about whether this is indeed Nexus tablet or not.

According to the FCC documents, the Nexus 7 II is indeed being made by Asus and it will be using LCD panel from JDI (Japan Display), CPU and Wi-Fi/ HSPA+/ LTE modems from Qualcomm, rear camera from Chicony and front camera from Liteon. Second-gen Nexus 7 coming in July for $229: Report

Google’s second-generation Nexus 7 tablet was surprisingly absent from the Google I/O 2013, but a Digitimes report suggests that we might not have to wait for long. According to this publication, the next-gen Nexus 7 will be available via retail channels in July, like it had reported previously.Nexus 7 Back

Amazon Kindle Fire HD tablets now on sale in 177 countries

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 LTE coming to AT&T in the coming weeks

Samsung to launch 12.2-inch Galaxy Note tablet: Report

Samsung LogoSamsung is reportedly preparing to launch a new Galaxy Note-series tablet, which will be coming with a 12.2-inch 2560x1600p display. The company has already starting procuring display panels for the same from Sharp and sister company Samsung Display, reports Korean publication ET News.
