MTS launches its first Android phone MTS Pulse in India

MTS pulse from HTC android smartphone MTS launches its first Android phone MTS Pulse in IndiaMTS has finally launched its long rumored first Android smartphone in India. Dubbed as MTS Pulse, it is a rebranded HTC Hero, which was launched in United States as Droid Eris on Verizon.

Telecom operator is selling the smartphone for free on a one year agreement with INR 1500 postpaid plan. The plan comes with 1500 minutes, 1500 SMSs & 1500 MB data usage every month for 12 months. You can also buy the phone without any plan for INR 18,000.

@harsha Yes, it has HTC Sense be cause it is rebranded HTC Hero. We did not have a hi-res photo of MTS Pulse, so we used Droid Eris, it is the exact same model.
