Acer has announced the release of its 4G tablet Iconia Tab A501 in Canada today. Iconia Tab comes with the 4G network support of telecom operator Rogers Communications. Powered by Honeycomb and nVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, it was earlier launched in the United States on AT&T.

Huawei has announced the launch of its Android tablet MediaPad and smartphone Vision in UK late yesterday. While Vision will be available before Christmas this year, MediaPad is scheduled to be available in the first quarter of 2012.
