Zenfone V quietly listed on Asus website, exclusive to Verizon in US
Taiwanese manufacturer Asus has silently listed a new smartphone – Zenfone V – on its US website. Although the phone is still unannounced, the website listing has revealed quite a few details about the phone, including the fact that Zenfone V V520KL will be exclusive to Verizon in the US. The carrier has already published the support pages for the phone on its website.
It will be the second Asus smartphone be available as a part of Verizon’s current portfolio. The carrier also offers the Asus Zenfone AR.
There is no word on the pricing of the Zenfone V at this point, but we hope to see an official reveal as early as next week. The existence of the phone was first reported by folks at The Android Soul.
Asus Zenfone V specifications
The Zenfone V isn’t the flagship material, but includes some pretty decent specifications. It sports a 5.2-inch full HD AMOLED screen and is powered by Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is likely to get Android 8.0 Oreo update in the coming months.
Additionally, Asus has packed 4-gigabytes of RAM, 32-gigabytes of internal storage, and microSD card slot in the smartphone. For the shutterbugs, there is a 23-megapixel f2.0 primary camera on the back and an 8-megapixel f2.0 front shooter on the Zenfone V.
In other specifications, you will get a 3000 mAh battery, the usual set of connectivity options, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.

There is no word on the international availability at this point, but as soon as we have more details, you guys will know.
