After a series of leaks, we have the first press render of LG Nexus 4. The smartphone, which is all set to be announced on October 29 at a press event in New York, has already been revealed in detail.

The press shot is coming from known Twitter account evleaks, who has been the source of various credible leaks in the past, and does not accompany any additional information. Although, there is one interesting detail in this alleged press render, we now have “Nexus” replacing the “with Google” logo that we have seen till now.

To remind you, LG Nexus 4 is rumoured to come with 4.7-inch 1280x768p resolution display, 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, NFC, front camera, 8/16GB of internal storage and 2100 mAh battery.

An LG India executive has already confirmed the smartphone at Optimus vu launch and it is expected to go on sale next month in the country.

Update: Closer inspection of the image reveals that not everything is well here. The screen on the front of the devices does not look like stock Android and also the Nexus on the back seems Photoshopped. Part of the image are very similar to what we have seen in past leaks, but there are some things that make us suspicious.

  3. Don’t expect anything less than Rs.42000 for this model if it lands in India. 4.7″ is too large.
