S Mobility (aka Spice Mobiles) has launched its fourth dual-SIM Android smartphone Spice MI-280 in the Indian market today. Available at Spice group’s Hotspot stores along with online retailers like Flipkart and Saholic.com, MI-280 is now being sold for INR 5123.

Spice MI-280 succeeds last year’s MI-270, which was released with resistive display. Apart from Dual-SIM capability, MI-280 also comes with Android 2.3, 2.8 inch capacitive display, 3.2MP rear camera, 0.3 MP front camera, 650 MHz processor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.

At this price, it is the cheapest Android phone you can buy with a front camera. Company has also recently released Mi-350N in the country, which retails for around INR 7700 and comes with a 3.5 inch display.
