For those of you, who are going to be modifying their Xoom, it is always good to have the stock firmare with you so that if something goes wrong, you can always flash the original firmware with RSDLite.
The stock firmware will also be helpful for those who are going to send in their Xooms for 4G LTE update to Verizon in US.
