Onida has become the first TV brand in India to release a 3D smart TV running on Android. Launched under the series iTube, its pricing starts INR 48,000 (for 32 inch) and goes upto INR 68,990.

Google TV Director of Content Donagh O’Malle has come forward to give us an ETA on the mythical Honeycomb update for Google TV. The update is being awaited for a long-long time, and two weeks ago itself we reported via the official Google TV Twitter channel that update will be released in few weeks.

Google has taken the first major step in bringing Android Market on Google TV devices. Company yesterday released the preview of Google TV Add-on for the Android SDK. This preview will help developers to build apps that support Google TV, however this add-on does not contain all features of Google TV.
