Samsung planning to launch bezel-less smartphone

We are hearing reports of a bezel-free smartphone from Samsung. There is no confirmation, but Korean publication MK News is reporting that Samsung has been working on a bezel-free smartphone for over a year and is expected to launch it in Q2/Q3.

This smartphone is being called Galaxy B right now, but the retail name might be different. Removing bezel from a smartphone will allow Samsung to provide big display without actually increasing the size of the smartphone that much.

The only part where bezel would be present is the top, where we will get front camera, ear-piece and sensors. There are no details on the specifications of Galaxy B, but we are expecting a quad core processor, around 4.5 inch display, 8MP or more camera and Android 4.0.

We are digging to find more about the smartphone and will update the post when we get something.
