Samsung Galaxy S III to come with 1.5GHz quad-core, 4.8 inch 1080p display

More details about Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S III smartphone have come to light. BGR is reporting that S3 will come with a 1.5GHz quad core Exynos processor and 4.8 inch 1080p full HD display. Other features of the smartphone will include 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, LTE/HSPA+ connectivity, Android 4.0 and ceramic case.

BGR has also reported two days ago that Samsung Galaxy S III will launch in over 50 “markets or cities” simultaneously, but we have heard the same before the Galaxy S II and Galaxy S launches also but it never happened. We hope it happens this time.

    1080p full hd .. Thats 1920×1080 resolution..and 4.8 inch display.. That comes to a PPI of 458! Nonetheless to our eyes there wont be much diff. b/w 720p and 1080p…But still it makes the nerd in me drool..
