Samsung India has revealed the plans to launch its Android flagship Galaxy S II in the country. According to the company, Samsung Galaxy S2 will reach the stores sometime in May.
Company has not announced the exact pricing of Galaxy S2 but is expected in the vicinity of INR 35,000 and will be declared close to the availability in the market.
Samsung Galaxy S2, which is the successor of its much successful Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy S, is one of the thinnest Android phones and is just 8.49 mm thick. It features Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread, which is the latest Android version available for the smartphones.
Other specifications of Samsung Galaxy S2 include 4.27 inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display along with 480×800 resolution, 1 GHz dual core processor, and 8.0-Mega Pixel rear camera with 2.0-Mega Pixel front camera.

Its my first JOB and I have slogged my first three months
, Launch in INDIA not confirmed
and have saved almost every single penny to buy this phone.
but with the news of NEXUS PRIME in air.
I am confused..
NEXUS Prime Advantages – 4.65″ 720p screen, 300+ ppi, Ice Cream Sandwich
Disadvantages – Rumored to have a 5Mp camera

Same was the case with the predicted cost of the Samsung Galaxy S .
All sites predicted that the Galaxy S will be launched at a price tag of minimum 30k but the Galaxy was launched at 26,900 Rs .
I think same will be the case with GS2 .

ABOUT THE PROCESSOR…
On increasing the speed of processor (like 2 GHz or 3GHz) its computing power increases but also increases the heat and complexity.. this is overcame by dividing processor on cores.. like dual or quad…

The phone will have 1.2 Ghz Dual core processor and the price will be somewhat between 26k to 30k .
The price cannot be more than 30k . . .
