Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus reaches India for INR 11,700

Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo PlusWe all know that Samsung loves launching new variants of its existing smartphones, so the release of the company’s new Galaxy Grand Neo Plus doesn’t come as a surprise. According to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, this Galaxy Grand Neo variant is now available in the country for INR 11,700 and can be grabbed in White and Black colours.

India isn’t the first market to get this smartphone. The phone has already been released in Spain on Monday and was unveiled in the Italy earlier today. Sporting a 5-inch WVGA display, Galaxy Grand Neo Plus comes with 1.2GHz Broadcom quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The phone also packs 5MP rear camera, 2MP front shooter, 2100 mAh battery and 3G support.

The Neo Plus runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz UI and includes software enhancements like Ultra-power saving mode, Smart Selfie, Palm Selfie and more.

Samsung has released the dual-SIM version of the phone in the country and we expect to see an official announcement as well as expanded availability soon.

  1. Has samsung gone out of mind?? Why so many phones ?? Just couple of weeks ago they said it is better to reduce their product launches, and now they have launched more galaxies in 2015 than what htc did entire 2014. Seriously sammy please do not dissappoint admirers like me… Make solid midrangers and price them aggressively. For instance this device has 5″ WVGA display which is poor.
    Then a broadcom soc, 5MP rear camera, android 4.4.4 , only 8gb onboard memory… and all these crap for 11,700 ?? GO HOME U ARE DRUNK

  2. grand neo + android 4.4 = grand neo+. this has been samsung business all the time. most mobiles gets relaunched with updated OS and more bundled crapwares with little to no change. and yet grand neo won’t receive 4.4 update.
