Videocon launches Infinium Z50 Nova for INR 5,999

Videocon Mobiles announced the launch of a new Android smartphone in the Indian market today. Part of the company’s Infinium-series, the new Videocon Infinium Z50 Nova is budget Android smartphone, which will be competing with the likes of Moto E, Xiaomi Redmi 1S and Android One smartphones.

“A great choice for the uber smart-generation, Infinium Z50 Nova offers affordability and stylishness providing a smooth, faster and never before seen smartphone experience to the consumers,” said Jerold Pereira, CEO, Videocon Mobile Phones.

It features a 5-inch qHD display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8MP rear camera. The phone also packs 8GB of internal storage, Android 4.4, 2MP front shooter and 1900 mAh battery. In addition, Videocon has included dual-SIM support, 3G, and microSD card slot.

Priced at INR 5,999, Videocon Infinium Z50 Nova will be exclusively sold at in Black and White colour options.
